I can eat these all day, fantastic with cheese on top, or just plain with butter and a little bit of sea salt.
- 200 gr sunflowerseeds
- 50 gr flaxseeeds
- 50 gr sesameseeds
- 50 gr oat bran (havrekli)
- 2 topped tbsps fibrehusk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 500 ml water
Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 10 minutes so it becomes a batter.
Smear evenly over bakingsheets, and with a knife cut the pieces. Bake both bakingplates in a fanassisted oven on 160 degrees C for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let the baking plates switch places in the oven a couple of times during the baking time, and turn them with the front to back at the same time.
Leave to cool for a bit, but break into pieces before it cool completely.
